If you’re looking to impress some guests or just looking for a healthy alternative in the middle of the week, this is the salad you’ll want to try. With the combination of the sunflower and pumpkin seeds, adding a mild nutty taste with the subtile sweetness of the balsamic vingear…Yum! This taste so good, my mouth is watering just as I write about this.
