Infused Cabbage & Brussel Sprouts


  • 1 green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 12 brussel sprouts, chopped into quarters
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small white onion, finely chopped
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper


  1. Add coconut oil to frying pan, once melted, add garlic, ginger and onion. Satay until translucent and fragrant
  2. Add cabbage and brussel sprouts, satay for 10 minutes, until tender. Remove from heat
  3. Mix the lemon and olive oil with vegetables. Season with sea salt, pepper and serve

Yield: 2-4
